We contacted Louise to design and develop the branding for our new SharePoint 2010 site (http://www.juniper-strategy.com) with the most minimal of requirements. Louise was able to quickly mock up an aesthetically pleasing example for us which she then implemented just as quickly.
Louise has the design skills to turn a thought into a well laid out design, and the technical skills to implement that design quickly and efficiently.
If we had the budget for a full time designer, she's be on our list. 🙂
